Rumana Ayob is a highly accomplished Associate at W LANGSON & ASSOCIATES INC., specializing in an extensive array of legal disciplines. Ruman joined the firm as an articled clerk in 2018 and qualified as an attorney and conveyancer in 2020 and 2021, respectively. Rumana left the firm and returned to the firm in 2023. She heads the Conveyancing and Property Law division and is involved in  complex land dispute matters for the local Municipality. Rumana is supported by:

Rumana oversees the Nelson Mandela Bay’s Assistance to the Poor project and has been mandated by our local council to transfer more than 500 properties to indigent beneficiaries. For the Department of Human Settlements, Rumana is responsible for the transfer of 500 properties in different regions in the Eastern Cape and at Kouga Local Municipality, we have been mandated by the Department of Human Settlements to transfer 90 pre 1994 houses to the qualifying beneficiaries.
